he was the announcer at the flag ceremony & was so nervous that he didn't wait for the scouts that were holding the flags to come up so he started the pledge of allegience while they were walking up....so everyone has their hand over their heart and it having to turn back and follow the scouts as they walk up the aisle. It was pretty funny....not to be disresectful but what can you do at that point but laugh!
Nate and I worked hard this month on earning extra belt loops and pins....here he is getting his awards & they also sang happy birthday to him.
Since the theme this month for scouts was "go for the gold" Randi had Jason pretend to be an olympic gold medalist named "Honz Mariner" from the "Red Neck Olympics". It was pretty cute!
We got to wear funny hats because Nate got the most awards in his den. I of course obstained from any pictures of myself...hopefully they won't turn up anywhere!

You must have figured out the music!! Love the blog!!! So glad you joined the blogging world! I need to add music back on mine; I took it off for a while when I had "video clips" on my blog. Anyway, it was so fun to see your cute family and catch up on your every happenings. San Diego looked like a lot of fun. Now you just need to plan a vacation to Vegas!! I was just checking your blog again, and looked closely, is Nate's B-day on June 17th? Ammon's birthday is also June
17th! We just didn't celebrate his "BIG" one year old party yet, we are waiting until the family comes for Darin's graduation this next week. Any way, that is cool if our son's birthdays are on the same day!!
