For those of you who have ever said that my house is never messy. I took pics to prove my point. Embarrassing as it is, my den has gotten well...a tad bit out of control. So today, I finally decided to put an end to this nonsense and start to attack what I'm sure will take me several days of sorting. So you ask...what in the world is she doing posting on her blog when she should be cleaning her den? I am sitting here asking myself the same thing. I do however, have a reason...a very good one. The silver lining in this paper/junk filled den came when I found the cutest notes that Nate & Tyson had written me. Back in May of this year Jason left to go to Minnesota to help my dad for about 4 days to get their cabin set up for this summer. I was terribly hormonal (infertility drugs will do a number on you...seriously) and in tears after he left. Nate and Tyson apparently felt so bad that they decided to write me letters to help me feel better. They were so sweet and sincere. It definitely helped snap me out of my hormonal, self pitty state of mind. I am truly grateful for children and others we associate with who gently help us through the small and big moments in our life where we need a little lift.

"Dear Mom, Please don't be sad. Jesus is by your side, he will help you along the way! and pray for the holy gost if your having trouble!" Love, Tyson

"Dear Mom, Please don't cry you need to follow your hear and Read your scriptures and pray! We could even send dad Letters! and I have another goal for homeschool! I will tell you when your done Reading! Love, Nate - L.M."
Thank goodness someone in my family has some sanity...lol. Gotta love children and the sweet and pure inocence they hold.

Love the sweet notes! BTW not that messy really. Love the giant bag of mother's cookies. I hope you're doing well, call when you get a minute so we can plan to get the kids together.
I don't know how you can live with yourself. J/K That's what my desk looks like everyday. I tell my husband it's all organized, but for some reason he doesn't believe me. Cute notes too! Arn't boys the best?
That is so sweet!! Thanks for sharing :o)
Wow...you guys are raising your boys up right! I hope my boys will give me that kind of advice too one day. Then I will know that what we try and teach about the gospel is getting through to them.
And if that was messy you must be super clean. Hope you are feeling better now.
