1st Project Post 2012

We bought this dresser at the very end of 2011 on craigslist and finally refinished it around April I think? What can I say...I was busy with the rest of the house. :-) I had this painted by a painter we have used to paint inside the house. I knew with a piece like this that I could not do it myself. There would be drip marks all over that thing if I did it. So I let him paint it, and then I took over and sanded, stained and glazed it to give it back it's character. I don't have a great before picture, the only one I could find of the dresser was during our family Valentine's party...so excuse the partying but you can get a glimpse of what it looked like before. Not bad at all...in fact in a different home or setting it would have been fabulous letting it be. But...for what I wanted it had to be white. :-)
